If service or services are not completed but rendering has started you will get 65% of the amount you have paid as a refund. 3. If service or services have not yet started you will get a 100% of the amount you have paid as a refund. 4. Any and all issues can be resolved peacefully our goal is to help you. 4. If we cannot come to a mutual agreement, you will no longer be permitted to use our service portal and you will be issued a full refund less processing fees. 5. All services inside of @LIGHTSPEED are the responsibility of the user. @LIGHTSPEED is not liable for any service you purchase. We render services period. We do not guarantee anything other than you will get the service that you have ordered. Rank, ranking, increased position is up to the buyer not @LIGHTSPEED. 7.
